Join us for Evening for Life 2026, a night celebrating all the “Some Kind of Wonderful” ways Pregnancy Center Plus supports women and families. This evening honors the incredible impact your support has made possible.
The night will feature inspiring remarks from Archbishop Casey. And a special private performance by John Ellison, singer-songwriter of “Some Kind of Wonderful.” Enjoy a festive cocktail hour, delicious dinner, and a program full of joy, inspiration, and connection.
Archbishop Robert G. Casey serves as the Tenth Archbishop of Cincinnati. A native of Alsip, Illinois, he attended Mundelein Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity Degree in 1994. He was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Chicago that same year. After serving in three roles as pastor, he was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago in 2018 and ordained a bishop in September. He became Vicar for Vicariate III and, in 2020, was named Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Archbishop Casey was appointed Archbishop of Cincinnati on February 12, 2025, and installed to this archbishopric on April 3, 2025.
John Ellison is the celebrated writer of the classic hit “She’s Some Kind of Wonderful.” Originally recorded by Soul Brothers Six, the song has been covered by more than 75 artists and earned over six million radio airplays, making it one of the most recorded songs in music history. Ellison has received more than 15 Lifetime Achievement Awards and was inducted into the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame and the Rochester Music Hall of Fame.
